1. Use of this site

GLP1Prescription.ca ("the Site") is an independent, editorially-run guide to the process of getting a GLP-1 prescription through an online provider in Canada — provider intake processes, consultation fees, provinces served, and renewal, refill, and transfer logistics. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the Site’s content without written permission.

2. Not medical advice

The Site does not provide medical advice. We publish medication names, provider fees, provinces served, and process facts only. We do not recommend, endorse, or make any claim about whether a particular medication or provider is right for you.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making a decision about a prescription medication. Nothing on the Site should be read as an instruction to start, stop, or switch anything. See our full medical disclaimer for more.

3. Not a provider, pharmacy, or clinic

GLP1Prescription.ca is not a telehealth service, a pharmacy, or a clinic. We do not perform consultations, do not prescribe, and do not dispense medication. Every prescribing decision belongs to the licensed provider you consult, not to this Site.

Some providers referenced on the Site can be reached directly through a link here; the consultation and any resulting prescription happen entirely on that provider’s own platform, under their own terms.

4. No claims about what a medication does

In line with Canadian rules on advertising prescription drugs to the public, this Site publishes medication names, provider fees, provinces served, and process facts only. We do not describe, imply, or compare what any medication does in the body, why it might be prescribed, or how well it works. An automated check runs against every page and every published update before it goes live to enforce this.

5. Accuracy of published information

Fees, provinces served, and process requirements shown on the Site are sourced from a provider’s own published pages and dated with when we last checked them — see our methodology page. Providers change these figures without notice, and what you see here may not match what a provider quotes you directly.

Always confirm current fees and requirements with the provider before proceeding. GLP1Prescription.ca is not responsible for a discrepancy between information shown on the Site and what a provider actually charges or requires.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, GLP1Prescription.ca and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including damages arising from reliance on information shown here or from an interruption in service.

7. Third-party links and affiliate relationships

The Site links to third-party providers. These links are provided for convenience; we do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, terms, or privacy practices of any linked site.

Some links — currently, only links to Felix — are affiliate links: we earn a commission if you sign up with that provider after clicking through from the Site. This never affects which providers we list, how we present them, or the fees we publish. Providers shown for informational comparison only, without a commercial relationship, are linked directly with no affiliate tracking. See our methodology page for the full disclosure.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains what we collect and what we don’t.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they’re posted to this page; continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it was last revised.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
